Since 2022, I have been dedicated to my role as an Instructional and Learning Designer at Wits University, specifically within the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care (DFMPC) in the Faculty of Health Sciences. In this capacity, I have been instrumental in facilitating the department's transition to blended learning modalities, a crucial initiative aimed at enhancing educational accessibility and engagement for our diverse student body.

My contributions include the comprehensive development of online courses utilizing Ulwazi, Wits' Canvas Learning Management System. This involves not only designing course shells but also ensuring that the content is pedagogically sound and aligned with best practices in instructional and learning design. I actively collaborate with faculty members to integrate innovative teaching strategies that foster interactive and student-centered learning environments.
